- Architect, design, and development software for the Nutanix Enterprise Cloud Platform
- Develop a deep understanding of a complex Cloud-based SaaS product
- Work alongside development, test, documentation, and product teams to deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced environment
- Deliver on an internship project throughout the program. Present the final product to engineering leadership.
- You are pursuing a bachelor's in computer science or a related field.
- Proficient in one or two of the following languages: Golang, C++, or Python.
- Extensive knowledge or experience with Linux

About the Team
The Nutanix AHV Cloud team is responsible for the development, enhancement, and maintenance of the Acropolis Hypervisor (AHV), a key component of the Nutanix Cloud Platform. Their work spans several core areas, including designing and implementing new features to boost AHV's performance, security, and scalability; integrating advanced security capabilities to protect virtualized environments and meet industry standards; and ensuring ongoing system reliability through proactive maintenance and issue resolution. The team also actively collaborates with open-source communities to drive innovation in virtualization technologies and ensures seamless integration of AHV with other Nutanix products like Nutanix Cloud Infrastructure (NCI) and Nutanix Cloud Manager (NCM). Collectively, these efforts enable the delivery of a robust, secure, and efficient virtualization platform for a wide range of enterprise workloads.

The pay range for this position at the commencement of employment is expected to be between USD 33 and USD 54 per hour.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration.
